Deposit & Cancellation Terms

Booking Deposit

£45 refundable deposit required to secure all appointments.

Cancellation Window

Minimum 1 hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

Less than 1 hour notice: £45 deposit forfeited. New deposit required for rebooking.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice: £45 deposit forfeited. Future bookings require full prepayment.

Terms & Conditions

Service Scope: We provide installation, setup, and repair services for home technology systems. We do not provide technical support for computers, laptops, or personal mobile devices.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards via Square.

Access & Safety: Client must provide safe and clear access to all work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.

Client Property: While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to client property.

Service Limitations: Some issues may require manufacturer support, ISP involvement, or certified electricians. We will advise if your issue falls outside our service scope.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Important Notice

Our services may affect manufacturer warranties. Please be aware:

  • • Installation or repair by third parties may void some manufacturer warranties
  • • We recommend checking your product warranty terms before proceeding with any service
  • • We are not responsible for any impact on manufacturer warranties
  • • For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer first
  • • We can provide documentation of our work for warranty purposes if needed

Workmanship Guarantee

90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Coverage: All labor and installation work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 90 days from service completion.

What's Covered: We will repair or re-perform any service that fails due to our workmanship at no additional labor cost.

What's Not Covered:

  • Parts and components (covered by manufacturer warranty)
  • Issues caused by client modification, misuse, or accidental damage
  • Problems resulting from power surges, environmental factors, or third-party changes
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues

Claim Process: Contact us within 90 days of original service. We'll diagnose the issue and determine if it's covered under this guarantee.

Additional Important Information

Insurance & Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. However, we recommend you maintain appropriate insurance for your property and valuable items.

Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws. Your personal information is kept secure and only used for service provision. We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Price Changes

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices for services booked beyond this period or if the scope of work changes significantly.
